The facility supplies industrial bearing solutions for electric motors, gearboxes, agricultural machinery, conveyor equipment and power-transmission systems.
The Hebei facility supports turning, grinding, assembly and process inspection for stable batch production. Its bearing products are used in electric motors, gearboxes, agricultural machinery, conveyor equipment, general industrial machinery and power-transmission systems.

HEBEI SPL BEARING TRANSMISSION CO., LTD. specializes in P5 and P4 precision bearings and application-specific custom bearing solutions. Its main product capabilities include angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings and non-standard bearings manufactured according to customer drawings, samples or operating requirements.
The facility combines precision machining, controlled assembly and systematic inspection processes to support bearings requiring dimensional accuracy, stable rotational performance and extended service life. Its products serve industrial automation, automotive machinery, gearboxes, generators, wind energy, marine equipment and selected aerospace applications.
For custom projects, our engineering team evaluates operating load, speed, temperature, expected service life, installation space, material requirements and production quantity before developing the bearing specification and manufacturing plan.

From raw bearing steel to finished precision bearings, SPL operates a complete in-house manufacturing process covering turning, heat treatment, grinding, assembly and inspection — producing deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and custom bearings to exacting dimensional and noise standards.

Every SPL bearing is checked in our in-house quality laboratory before shipment. Precision roundness testers and dedicated inspection workstations verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish, while traceable quality records follow every production order — from deep groove ball bearings and tapered roller bearings to custom-engineered solutions.
Material test reports, dimensional reports and batch identification records are available for every order. For customers with stricter quality requirements, we can provide full first-article inspection reports and SPC data.
